Refund & Cancellation Policy:

AreTech Computer and Skills Academy, Pandaveswar

1. Course Fee Payment & Registration:

• All course fees must be paid in full or as per the installment plan before the commencement of the training program.
• Registration fees, admission fees, and any other applicable charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• A student may request a cancellation before the course starts. In such cases, a partial refund may be provided, subject to an administrative deduction.
• No refund will be issued once the course has commenced, except in special circumstances as deemed valid by the management.

3. Refund Policy:

• Before Course Commencement:
  • If a student cancels enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date, 50% of the total fee (excluding registration charges) may be refunded.
  • If cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the course starts, no refund will be provided.
• After Course Commencement:
  • No refund will be issued after the course has started, except in cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen situations, subject to management’s discretion.
• Technical or Operational Issues:
  • If AreTech Computer and Skills Academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered a full refund or an option to transfer to another batch.

4. Refund Processing:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days after approval.
• The amount will be refunded to the original payment method or via an alternative mode, as decided by the academy.
