1. General Terms:

• By enrolling in any course at AreTech Computer and Skills Academy, Pandaveswar, students agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
• The academy reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, fees, and policies without prior notice.

2. Admission & Enrollment:

• Admission is subject to eligibility criteria and submission of required documents.
• The academy has the right to accept or reject any admission without providing a reason.
• Registration and admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Course Fee & Payment:

• Students must pay the course fees as per the specified schedule.
• Late payment may result in penalties or suspension from classes.
• Fees paid are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Payment Modes:

i. Accepted Payment Methods

Students can pay their course fees using any of the following methods:

• Online Payment UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
• Offline Payment Cash Payment (Accepted at the academy’s office)
  Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) (Bank details provided upon request)
  Cheque / Demand are not accepted.
• EMI & Installment Options EMI or installment payment options are available for select courses.
  Students must adhere to the installment schedule; late payments may result in penalties.

ii. Payment Confirmation

After making a payment, students must provide a payment receipt or transaction details for confirmation.
Once verified, an official fee receipt will be issued by the academy.

iii. Important Notes:

All payments are non-refundable except as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Any failed or incomplete transactions due to technical issues must be reported immediately.
The academy is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals or third parties.

5. Attendance & Discipline:

• A minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory to be eligible for certification.
• Students must follow the discipline code of conduct. Any misconduct, including cheating, misbehavior, or damage to academy property, may lead to suspension or expulsion.
• The use of mobile phones in classrooms is restricted unless permitted by the instructor.

6. Certification & Examination:

• Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course and meeting the necessary attendance and performance criteria.
• The academy reserves the right to withhold certificates in case of non-compliance with academic or financial obligations.
• Examination results are final, and requests for re-evaluation are subject to the academy’s discretion.

7. Code of Conduct:

• Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors, staff, and peers.
• Any form of harassment, violence, or discrimination will result in strict disciplinary action.
• The academy premises should be kept clean, and students must adhere to safety regulations.

8. Use of Academy Resources:

• Students must use computers, internet access, and other resources responsibly. Any misuse may lead to suspension.
• Unauthorized software installation or activities like hacking, piracy, or unethical practices are strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data Protection:

• The academy collects and stores personal information for academic and administrative purposes only.
• Student data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for official certification processes.

10. Liability & Disclaimer:

• The academy is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on campus.
• The academy does not guarantee job placements; however, career guidance and skill development support will be provided.

11. Amendments & Jurisdiction:

• The academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
